ZenZenBali is collection of ethically and sustainably made brands based in the heart of island of Gods - Bali.

1. Please, allow 3-14 working days for the delivery. We're shipping from Bali via EXPRESS EMS airmail with tracking number, all our parcels are covered by insurance. IMPORTANT: Please add your phone number in the note to the order. This is the request of EMS carrier for the shipping.

2. We are not responsible for delivery terms during current situation in the world, but we will send your order within 1-3 working days.

3. Customs duties may be applied to your orders. We are not responsible for your country customs rules and delays due to customs.

4. If you have any special requirements about papers to attach to your order - please let us know in the message

You are welcome to return the unsuitable item within 14 days after delivery date if it is unused and in resalable condition. You will receive a payment refund back without the initial shipping costs, when the full order is returned in required condition. Please, note that customer is responsible for additional return shipping costs.

Please check the sizing chart in product details on the last picture. If you are not sure about sizing, you can always contact us, we will be glad to help. We gladly accept custom orders, please contact us to discuss the details.

We choose only high-quality materials for our shipments. Each item is personally checked and wrapped in eco-friendly paper, it will be safe during its delivery and will arrive in perfect condition.

Discounts (sales) policy:
1. Discounts apply to original prices of the items

3. If you have 3 and more items in the cart discounts that give maximum saving in money will be applied.

To help keep your clothes in the very best of conditions, extending the life of your garments, please follow this general care requirements or check it in the product description:
- Wash up to 40°C/104°F separately from other clothes;
- Hand wash cycle/gentle cycle on your washing machine or wash by hand;
- Choose mild or natural eco-friendly laundry detergent;
- Do not spin dry;
- Avoid dry cleaning;
- Line drying under the shade is recommended;
- Warm iron if needed.
